Methods:

The aim of the study is to determine the effects of saline solution, exposed to CD with emission of Galavit, on immune reactivity of laboratory mice and reproducibility of immunostimulating effect typical of Galavit drug.

Weight value of the thymus and spleen, their cellularity (a number of nuclear cells) and a number of antibody-producing cells (APC) in the spleen formed as a result of the humoral immune response to sheep erythrocytes were used as criteria of immune system organs state.
