Methods: Research was made with Ultimate 3000 Analitical (serverLAB-PC) HPLC instrument complex by Dionex with diode-matrix detector and refractometric accessory. HPLC was performed in the test mode under optical path length equal to 190 and 210 nm. Chameleon data processing software was used. Fluid flow rate was 1000 μl/min, Atlantis temperature-controlled (25 ºС) standard steel column featuring dimensions of 130х4.6 mm with the reversed phase dC18, 5μm. Eluent was redistilled SQ-water. Samples are super-Q water 20μl.
