Methods: The mice were totally irradiated with sublethal dose of ionizing radiation (1 Gy). This laboratory model was applied because it’s convenient, approachable and combines normal microflora damage and suppression of immune functions.
The study was conducted according to the requirements to remedies’ immunothophic activity, stated by “Instructions to experimental (pre-clinical) study of new pharmacological substances” (Moscow, 2005).
To evaluate immune system we used such indicators as weight and cellularity of lymphoid organs (number of nucleated cells) and functional indicator – the number of antibody-producing cells (APC) in spleen, produced as humoral immune reaction to sheep erythrocytes.  
The result:

It was shown that it is possible to increase the effectiveness of probiotics (class of microorganisms and microbial agents and other origin used for therapeutic purposes) in combination with informational copies of different medical substances.
